Today’s Class Description: Your expansive Ujjayi Breathing is the key to open your dormant ribcage. Once we quiet the mind and drop into that feeling-flowing of the breath we will ease in and explore some sweet sidebends to tenderize, twists to liberate thoracic restriction, and gradually work up into the neck, chest, and shoulders - liberating physical and emotional tensions and restrictions we carry between head and heart - is there a traffic jam at the crossroads of thinking and feeling? Class will move through strong standing poses, steady flows, core work, and finish with some sumptuous hip owners and a reminder that you can let go.
