Heart Open

We open the hip flexors and thoracic spine and lungs in this fun fluid practice. We will flow with the breath through several rounds of Moon Salutation. Expect Malasana “around-the-world” entries into Wheel Pose and wrist-compression free entries into Wheel Pose on the chair. We wind down with slow bicycle crunches with your “bicycle stirrups” ;) , sidebands, and hip openers before dissolving into Savasana Bliss.
