Hip Hinge, Buoyant Heart, Blanket and Strap work.

Today we work A LOT with our blanket and strap to clarify the hip hinge and lift the lungs into the front body. Flows start small and focus on hip flexion and then thoracic extension with the blanket. Then, we swap the blanket for the strap and work with the strap to lift the lungs into the front body and to open the hamstrings. The last couple flows take us on an exploration of our internal sensorial awareness as well as our external spatial awareness as we slow down and open our hips and hamstrings.
