Inversion: Handstand and Handstand Prep, Forearm Stand, and Headstand

We start with core work and shoulder opening and weave core/shoulder strength into our sun salutations. Handstands are practiced on the Chair and half tuck and half pike options are instructed. After a mandala flow to open hips, side body, and twist, we move into forearm stand and Scorpion on the chair. We cool down with more hips and sidebands before exploring Lotus Headstand.
