Let’s build our arches! Not just your feet, but feet, ankles, knees, pelvic floor, thoracic diaphragm, throat, palette of the mouth, and skull! We move in curvy, undulating, wave like pathways as we bring awareness to these arches of our bodies. Class ends with 30 minute of chair work.
