Swimming through Space: Hips, Twists, Flow State

This class starts slow and builds heat if you want a more methodical beginning to clarify. We open hamstrings, hips, and rotation of the ribs/stability of the core and legs to really start moving and grooving. Expect Back and Core Strengthening. We finish with a delicious wind down of hips, twists, and folds for a grounding flow experience.
