Widen The River Banks: Back Body Strengthening Flow

We start with rolling bridges and supine core work to awaken the stability and space around the core. Standing Flows repeat and build - adding poses and creating warmth as we strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, and open the chest. Expect 2 1-minute holds in Goddess Pose and some time to play with Straddle Inversions before we could down with Pigeon Pose, Bharadvajasana 1, and melt into Savasana.
