Shoulderstand, Etc.

Warm up with breath of fire and forearm planks, dolphin, forearm side planks, and forearm plank to sphinx core wake up! Class flows to open the hips with slow steady strong work and then into the metronome of the breath with three rounds of Sun Sal B. From there we move into some twists, arm balances, folds, and standing balance work. Heart Opening leads us into Forearm Stand and then rolling Camel Poses. We wind down with a lovely replenishing Shoulderstand.
