Breath, Bandha, Hip Mobility Flow

We begin syncing breath with movement and work into core strengthening and opening. Sun Salutations flow into pelvic strengthening and opening work and a “washing machine” flow that takes us all around the mat and into Lolasana and Scale Pose to check in with bandhas.
