Feet wide awake now, the class moves into a strong focus on standing postures and wall flows for Stabilization and Strength in the hips and legs. Body warm and awareness concentrated we are ready for a slow dive into unearthing and unwinding deep subterranean psycho emotional and physical tensions we hold around our hip muscles and nerves in order to gain a greater sense of grounding. We finish with the lightness and playfulness of our Planting Lotus Seeds finishing sequence.
