Happy Easter!
We start with the breath - which is a practice of listening. We then move into the asana - which is a practice of flowing.
Leg heavy we explore internal and external rotation of the femurs moving through a flow that deepens through twists and hips and then into deeper backbends.
Enjoy pigeon, double pigeon, reverse hurdlers, malasana, straddle handstand, high lunge to reverse lunge and three rounds of Lizard Pose interspersed with strong core work.
