Hip Strengthening - Lateral Opening - Restoring Flow
We start by easing into lateral space and side body opening with our warm up. Class flows into strong fluid sun salutations with spicy variations to strengthen hips, core, and shoulders. There is just one LONG flow to really slow roast the hips with endurance work and lateral hip strengthening. Core work rounds the class finding the tether of the low belly to move from boat to low boat to Purvottonasana. We finish in Supta Virasana, Upavista Konasana, and Double Pigeon Pose for well rounded hip opening.
