Hip Hinge, Hamstrings, Shoulders

After a warm up for core, shoulders, hamstrings, we get right down to a strong flow. Lots of square hip facing lunges and Warrior 1/bent knee Warrior 3 flows. Some play with integrating hip hinge into half splits and integrating core and long lower spine into Handstands. We wind down with hips, sidebands, twists, and alternate nostril breath before resetting in Constructive Relaxation Pose.
