Shoulders, Hips, and Flippin’ OUT
This slow flow starts almost like a Yin Practice. We progress from some half sals up to standing sals. We slow it back down to a simmer with a shoulder stretching intensive and round it out with our peak pose, Ardha Ustrasana. From here, we have a supine stretch out and options to head straight into Savanna or attempt to flip a quarter turn around the world from Lotus Plow with the aid of a chair or couch before our final resting pose.
