Shoulders: Handstand and Shoulderstand

Class is bookended with two delicious Restorative Poses. In between we explore strong rhythmic flow to prepare for our two inversions. We warm up with a cumulative, ladder sequence. There is a nice long core interlude to connect to your center in preparation for our Handstands. One legged jump and two legged hop strategies into handstand are offered, demonstrated, with time to play and explore! We finish with chest opening to prepare for shoulder stand before melting into our final restorative.
