Back to Basics: Standing Poses and Seated Twists
Class begins on the back with hip/hamstring stretches that evolve into core work. Standing flows are simple today with a focus on bringing attention to one pose at a time. We move gradually from open hips to closed to twists in a slow progression that leaves the torso perfectly primed for a finishing seated twists that deepen from open body to closed body. We finish with a side bend to flush the obliques and side body before finding stillness in Savasana.
