Traction Action

This one is for the lower back and hips! We start with slow mindful core work, build space around the lower back to clarify the hip hinge, and then get into a strong standing ladder flow. A second set of corework draws us into the Big Fish. Lizard, Pigeon, Fallen Triangle, and Prone Twist with IT Band Release over the roll slowly wind down this grounding flow.
