This class is all about shoulder and core strength. It’s a strong practice - but we try to find the right amount of effort without overuse and strain. Feel don’t force. Practice guides you through sun salutations peppered with core work and shoulder strength and into progressive arm balances. We finish with a powerful unwinding from posts to diaphragm with Ardha Bhekasana and Bhekasana, Bridge Variations, and a chance to get up high in Urdhva Danurasana.
