Cross Lateral flow for Creativity

We start slow and low with somatic to awaken spinal energy, feel into the magnetism of the midline, and initiate cross lateral movement patterns. Our flow weaves lots of cross lateral movement to awaken both brain and body and is peppered with hamstrings opening, twists, balancing postures, hip opening, and core work. We wind down with double pigeon, supported bridge, and supine forward fold.
