It is so easy to get stuck in identifying with the grind of what comes next. Let’s set our roots and open to what is all around us. This class begins low and grounded in Childs pose. We make a wave and become the wave. The wave swallows us whole and into the rhythmic breath and movement of the sun salutations we go. Lots of standing balancing, hips, neck, IT Bands, some handstands. Last 20-30 minutes are sumptuous seated poses opening space around the hips in all ways. Spiraling open in sideband and leaning over hands, bolsters, blocks. Side body open and buzzing we melt into Savasana.
