Heart Opening

Put this practice on replay when you need to uplift you energy, spirit, and posture. Inspired by the grey January chilly days we move through a practice of progressively deeper front body openers, culminating in Dancer’s Pose, Supta Virasana, King Arthur Pose, and Forearm Wheel. Pictured above we will play with handstand with the head on blocks (adjust yours to suit your proportions and needs). I hope this practice helps you feel clear, strong, and energized.
