Our hip journey starts with myofascial release over massage balls and some slow dreamy, supine vinyasa. We bridge and awaken our glutes and flow through a rhythmic breath-based vinyasa drawing us deeper into hip stability and opening. Class ends with sprinkling seeds of lotus pose into our joint memory. Enjoy!
