Fold and Unfold

Starting with cat cow we unlock the hips to allow deeper spinal flexion. From there we dive into forward folds before building into sun salutations. Lots of abs work is peppered through your flows and we build into a rhythmic flow to build heat and some froggy hops. Twists and lizard open the body deeper to allow for deeper unfolding as counterpose to the folds and abs. We finish with Camel, Bow Pose, and Pigeon Pose before a fiery breathing exercise and restorative Supta Buddha Konasana.
