a heart fortifying practice
We start with lots of strap work in this class to open chest, neck, shoulders, thoracic spine! It is the perfect counterpose if you are sitting at the computer for long periods. From there a strong flow is established. We strengthen our back and hips and do a 90 second hold in Goddess Pose. The last third of the class explores heart opening, sidebands, and restoration on the chair. Well rounded. Whips you up but drifts you softly and slowly and sweetly back down. Enjoy!
