The challenge we all face is to remain balanced and fluid as we age. Many yoga systems create flat lines, military posture, and teach us to move the body in straight edges and lines. In this practice, we will explore the Core Body: arches of feet to inner legs to posts to scalenes to tongue - the middle body. We will move in rounded edges, curving patterns, undulations and fluid movement to restore fluidity of the arches throughout the whole body.
