Water Element Flow: Inner Body Bright - Outer Body Ease

We start by igniting the toes and up from the pelvic floor to the roof of the mouth. We soften outer tensions as we deepen the breath and drop inward. Wave like patterns build. Core Spice is mixed into the flow. We love up on our lats, side body, and shoulders. Class finishes with some wall work including King Arthur, Gate Pose, Hurdler’s Pose, and Wheel Pose, before melting into legs up the wall.
