Shaky Legs, Open Heart

Today we mobilize the body in all ways, with an emphasis on front body space: knees to chest. We activate the upper back and the legs to support backbends, practice several Camel Pose and variations, and have time for 3 deeper backbends towards the end of practice. You will feel your legs a bit shaky, and your heart a bit more spacious and open for a day or two after this strong practice.
