We open the upper spine, chest, and front shoulders and prepare the core and scapular stability for Forearm Stand. We flow through several rounds of sun salutations to warm the body, twists and sidebends to unlock the back muscles, and offer time and space to explore Forearm Stand and variations. Class ends with a final backbend and spinal twist before softening into savasana.
