Well Rounded Core
Today class starts. a little different - I teach Reverence, which is the bow ballet dancers do at the end of class. Body warm and heart open, we move into a core flow strengthening all around the core body. Expect a slow burn, spinal undulations, three-legged Upward Facing Dog, Side Plank Variations, Pistol Squat, Tiptoes Balancing, some deep folding twists, and Straddle Handstand.
