Stay Juicy Flow
The intent of this practice is to ground and sink our teeth and breath and awareness into deep muscular stretches as we shift into the dryness and unpredictability of late summer weather patterns and the ramping up of Fall agendas. We start with some amazing shoulder and spine mobilization, strengthen our back muscles, and get blood pumping with pushups and squats. Flows are interspersed with Fallen Triangle, Wild Thing, Pigeon Pose, Deep Twists, Core Work, and Juicy Quad Openers. We wind down into supported Bridges and Shoulder Stands, Supine Twist, and a long Savasana.
