As fall pulls the heat and humidity out of summer’s air we slow down and hunker into a longer, slower, sparser flow. We begin with a microdose of Somatic Movement low to the ground to mobilize and drop into our pelvis potential. From there we explore side-lying Pachimottonasana and Archer Pose. Class progresses deeply and slowly into lots of twists and hamstring opening. We wind down with a shoulder stand at the wall.
