Core Zap, Strong shoulders, and open heart Flow

This practice is designed to offer space to feel in body, mind, heart what you might not have had space or time to feel. Spicy core work is woven within each sun salutation to build heat from within. Shoulder strengthening work progresses into Forearm Stand. We finish with a wide open heart in Wheel Pose Variations before dropping all effort and melting into a nice long savasana.
