Balanced Core
Let’s take a well rounded approach to the core. We start with the feet. What is how you stand your ground through the soles of your feet telling you about your core? Things start slow but don’t let that fool you. By folding the core work into the flow we get smoldering and sweaty and develop a lot of internal heat. Progressive Flow uplevels in each repetition before we simmer down with eagle bridge and figure 4 to let the steam off.
