Each Monday and Wednesday you will see a new practice added to your library and every Friday we meet Live on Zoom 7:30-8:30 am EST for Core Flow.
Friday’s Core Flow Class will be uploaded to your library as soon as it is uploaded (usually before Saturday morning) if you want a replay or ever have to miss a session.
Get ready for your practice:
Gather: 2 small weights (2-7 lb), 2 blocks, and a yoga mat.
Arrive: 5-10 minutes before the start of class to arrange your camera angle and be prepared to start promptly at 7:30 AM EST.
