Backbend Flow

Do you struggle with backbends or do you crave them, or maybe even a bit of both? if I’m honest, they’ve always been my MOST FAVE category of poses ;) Where do you feel the most physical tension/resistance to moving into your backbends? Abdomen? Hip Flexors? Pushing power from your hips and legs? Coiling power to wrap and pull the muscles of your upper back tight to open the chest? Wrists for pressing up into Wheel Pose? Neck? What emotions come up for you in backbends?
