Step away from the bitter cold of winter and set down the rhythm of routine and responsibility to embrace the warm humid breezes, bright sun, and healing waters of Puerto Morelos for a 6 night, 7 day yoga retreat with Lily.
Start each day with a 2-hour deep, potent vinyasa practice, complete with pranayama, meditation, and relaxation. It is incredible to open to the day feeling aligned and energized, supple and strong, clear and calm.
Float out from your morning practice to a healthy, hearty vegetarian brunch complete with tropical juices blending herbs fruits and veggies and local coffee to replenish in our open air palapa dining room.
Afternoon yoga workshops will be sumptuously grounding and relaxing with an occasional afternoon off for longer excursions or deeper unwinding before we meet again for sunset dinner under the thatched roof of the palapa.
Savor this week of both vigorous (am) and replenishing (pm) yoga, vibrant vegetarian food, ritual cleansing swims in the Cenote jungle freshwater pools and in the warm salty Caribbean Seawater, a guided tour to the Mayan Pyramids of Tulum, and the depths of ease and softening we find in unstructured space and time. Between practices you might choose to take a nap, swing in a hammock with a good book, refill your cup lounging on white sugar-sand beach with new and old friends, explore the heart of the town, or adventure to the pyramids of Tulum or nearby sacred Cenotes. During our week together in paradise, we will open to wonder and joy, move our bodies daily through potent immersive yoga journeys and heart expansive meditations, enjoy soul-food belly-laughs and heartfelt conversations in community, and open our hearts to the lush wondrous verdant landscape and healing energies all around us.

This will be Lily’s third time returning to lead retreat at Casa Om in the state of Quintana Roo. Puerto Morelos is a 20 minutes drive from the Cancun Airport, sandwiched between bustling Spring Break towns of Cancun and Tulum. Here in Puerto Morelos, life unfolds at a much slower and more authentic small town tempo. Each journey to this sacred land, special yoga house, and site of powerful Mayan healers has opened new wave of heart awakening and profound healing. After leading 10 yoga retreats, this is the place Lily has returned to most frequently and feels most deeply aligned with the experience of a yoga retreat. Unlike many retreat centers that are isolated and remote, as you walk through the heavy Balinese bronze door with keypad entry you enter directly from our retreat abode into the charming city of Puerto Morelos. ACCOMMODATIONS:
Casa Om has ten beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious and well equipped yoga room, swimming pool, rooftop dining area, massage rooms, and two kitchens. Bedrooms can be set up for either single or double occupancy, and have either a private bathroom or a bathroom shared between two rooms. Casa Om also has a dorm that sleeps up to four people in bunk beds.
With just 10 rooms available first come first serve basis, - this retreat will fill!
The rooms at Casa Om are comfortable and beautifully designed with air conditioning and fans. Drinking water, coffee in the communal kitchen each am, and WiFi are provided. Casa Om sleeps max 24 and is across the street from the beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (minus non-refundable deposit and any PayPal transaction fees) if and only if the space can be filled by someone else. Lily will help you to look for someone to fill your spot but is not guaranteed and you are strongly encouraged to find someone as well.
No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the retreat due to personal reasons or due to the pandemic.
