Postnatal Practice Group Subscriber

 Welcome!

To my Postnatal Practice Platform.

BEGIN: If you are in the first three months postpartum or have not yet resumed exercise or just feel very disconnected from you deep core, I recommend that you begin Month 1 by following along at home with my Reclaim Your Center 3-week cumulative exercise program. This will give you the essentials and the foundation of anatomical and movement understanding when you join us in our livestream classes. Click the button below to start now!

CONTINUE: Each Wednesday we meet XXX EST for a live session. The first Friday of the month there will be a 45 minute session XXX pm EST where we have a guided meditation and chance to check in and say hello to one another and share where we are in our parenting journey (these long livestream calls are listed ahead of time so you can note in your calendar on the Zoom Link page. If you ever miss any or even all of the livestream classes, the recordings (HD with a professional mic/audio quality) will be updated in your subscriber library that grows with your membership. This library becomes an integral part of your postpartum journey so that you have practices to choose from that are just the right amount of time for a nap cycle or a short practice before you go to bed or during your lunch break or (you lucky ones with babies who sleep in!) before your baby wakes up.

Please use the buttons below to get the Zoom Meeting Link for our livestream calls on Wednesdays and your postnatal video libraries.

MATERIALS: I recommend that you have a mat, a coregous ball, 2 yoga blocks, and 1 strap for our sessions.

See below for recommended products - these images are clickable affiliate links - you are not charged a different price but I make a small commission if you choose to purchase from these links.

Notes:

  • Inflate your coregous ball just 60-70% for our core work and abdominal massage.

  • Be sure to purchase the 10’ long strap as many straps are too short for our poses.

  • The Manduka mat is my personal favorite and comes with a lifetime warranty (it is expensive, but after going through several Jade rubber mats I realized this mat has the best grip/cusion/longevity of any I have ever tried).

  • The Manduka recycled material blocks are light, soft, and supportive.

Get ready for your practice:

Gather: props you have to work with, water bottle, mat, and clear your space. (Babies welcome in the Zoom Room!)

Arrive: 5-10 minutes before the start of class to arrange your camera angle and be prepared to start promptly.
