Day 1

Day 1 of my FREE 3-Day Core Challenge, is Day 3 of my paid 30 Day Core Challenge (free for Livestream Membership folks) and in this video we locate and tone the deep core canister and forever rethink core strength! Notice in particular the breathing pattern, we exhale to engage the Deep Core! We go over this in greater depth in the full 30 Day Core Challenge.



Day 2

Day 2 of my FREE 3-Day Core Challenge, is Day 24 (I know, we are jumping around, but trust me, there's a through line to my logical ordering) of my paid 30 Day Core Challenge and in this video we grow our yoga superpowers by linking our deep core strength found in Day 1 of this 3-Day Challenge to our Scapular Stability. “Hello, Serratus Anterior!” This tutorial is a game changer for yoga students who have scapula that ‘wing’ off their back in plank pose, troubles stepping a foot all the way through to lunge from 3-legged downward dog without lifting the inner edge of their hand, or body confusion taking inversions away from the wall.

Day 3

Day 3 of my FREE 3-Day Core Challenge, is Day 24 of my 30 Day Core Challenge, and in this video, we bring it all together from Day 1 and Day 2 into a yoga flow and inversions practice. Now the impossible becomes possible, the possible easy, the easy elegant, as Moshe Feldenkrais once said. Fluency drills: link it all into a weighted flow and then ditch the weights and go upside down. Inversions have never rung so clear as a bell before this program. I can’t wait to hear how it goes!
