I find your teaching incredibly skillful, very detailed and very clear. Your classes are full of intimate and effective body knowledge. It is luscious to melt into that level of detail and specificity and that richness of practice.

What to Expect:

Come prepared to sweat, feel, breathe deeply, and meet yourself where you are. I am skillful at breaking down advanced asana AND offering each practitioner an appropriate foothold. The room is moderately heated and there will be music. Class flows at a breath pace with focused attention to cuing alignment.

Bring your own mat, a towel, and water bottle.

Props are provided.

For your comfort on the mat, it is best to avoid eating for two hours before class starts and pre-hydrate throughout the day ahead of class.

Class Cancellations:

In the emergency case that I am sick, I will find an appropriate sub with equivalent skill level and experience teaching yoga so I don’t spread my germs.

If you are sick, please do not come to take class as viruses spread to our friends in the yoga room easily in yoga class. Instead, please email me to arrange a make up class in my livestream weekly schedule:

Wednesday 6:30-7:30 am Strong Flow

Friday 7:30-8:30 am Yoga HIIT

Sunday 10-11:30 am Yoga Church
